How to Complete a Checklist (WEB and iOS)
The steps below are meant to guide you thought the process of completing a checklist in SchedulePro.
Only users with full access can complete checklists (Security Profile = PJMs, PMs, Local Admin, CCM)
If a task has a checklist it can only be completed once the checklist is completed
Checklists should be completed during the appropriate time fame,
Step-by-step guide for WEB (iOS is below)
- There are two methods of accessing a checklist (Counter Button or Task)
- Counter button, it displays the number of OPEN CHECKLISTS
- Task, it shows that a checklist is attached by the icon
- If you access checklist from the Counter button you will see all checklists on the schedule
- If you access checklist from a task you will notice that the ability to complete the task has been disabled, a checklist must be completed before the task is completed
- The counter on the tab represents ALL checklists tied to the task, open or closed
- Once you get to either location the completion process is the same.
- Answer the questions in the checklist as they stand at that point in time, the purpose of a checklist is to ensure items are caught early in the building process.
- Any text field MUST be filled out, at the very least you can put NA
- Documents can be added to checklists, there are no limits to how many but they can only be added one at a time
- Clicking on the Print button will open a new window to save as a PDF
- If you click the Save button and 100% of the questions are not answered it will save what you have answered so far
- If 100% of the questions are answered the system will ask if you want to submit, at that point you can Submit your checklist or Cancel and return to the previous page.
- Some checklist questions trigger an issue, if you happen to have a issue screen pop up you will need to create the issue before continuing.

Step-by-step guide for iOS
- Find the task in your schedule and open it (click on it), you will notice that there is a checklist icon
- Counter button, it displays the number of OPEN CHECKLISTS
- Task, it shows that a checklist is attached by the icon in the lower left handside (please not there is not an icon in list view)
- Tasks that have Checklists will show a button that says "Checklists", Click on the row to open it up
- All checklists on the task will be listed, click on the row to open the checklist you want to complete
- Answer the questions, note that ALL fields need to be filled out, Text fields can not be Null, place a NA if nesassary
- If you do not or cannot complete some of the checklist, clicking SUBMIT will only save your answers. You must complete all fields in order to SUBMIT and complete the checklist
- If you need to add a document click on the Documents tab and then the add document button.
- Adding a document will be specific to the issue
