How To Request A Vendor Portal Account (2024)
Step 1:
Please prepare to have the following information before requesting access.
NVR Vendor ID
Email Address
The Division you work in
Step 2:
Please navigate to https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=3_vzMTJgSE6cCjWsHNYjzzn3XmzvvStNoU_bU108PpdUQU5EWTJJUEpDMjRBSklLVUgyRFdCRUNVVy4u . When submitting the form, ensure you select the first bullet for question 5.
Step 3:
Once this has been submitted, you will shortly receive an invitation email to Vendor Portal that contains a link to begin your account setup.
Step 4:
The link will bring you to this page below. Before you enter your password, name, and vendor ID, you must verify your email address in the top box first:
Enter the correct email address and click
Send verification code.
Receive the email from Microsoft (it will come from: msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com) with the verification code from step 1.
Enter the code and click
Verify code.
Step 5:
Enter a password and reenter to confirm, your 5-character NVR vendor ID, your first and last name, and click Continue. If the email or vendor ID do not match that of the account for which the activation is associated, a message will indicate “The verification process failed.”
If the maximum number of activation attempts is reached, a message will indicate “The maximum number of attempts has been reached.”
Step 6:
When the process has been completed successfully, the user will be routed directly to the Vendor Portal homepage. The sign in address is also provided in the invitation email which they can use to sign in after their account has been activated.
