Not receiving emails from SchedulePro

Problem

Are you not receiving email notifications from SchedulePro? Are you being told that you were sent something but never got it?   There is a good chance that our system generated emails are being blocked by your host domain. This sometimes happen by mistake and it easily fixed. 

Solution

Always check your junk/spam folder, if you find it there make sure you put our email on your safe list so you receive future emails

Contact your domain service provider and ask them to “White List” the email address and IP address listed below.
