Suggested Users for Work Orders

To help people identify suggested users the following changes have been made to the WO creation screen.

This change should help with the following issues

  • Vendor doesn't know full name of Project Manager (PJM) working on site
    • Her name is Sarah ........
  • PJM does not know full name of Vendor
    • I think his name is Steve ........
  • User's legal name and profile name are different
    • Goes by Bob but name is Robert in the system
  • Multiple people with the same name
    • Mike Long in PHW and Mike Long in WES.  Only the correct Mike Long will show up
  • Reduce the number of Users with SchedulePro access who work in corporate positions getting sent WOs


Step-by-step guide

  1. Open Work Order
  2. Click on box labeled "Suggestions"
  3. NVR users listed have taken action on specific schedule at some point
    1. Their security level is listed after their name, only include them if they will be approving the WO
    2. Do not select all users who are listed. 
  4. Vendors listed have access to division and the same vendor ID 
  5. Clicking on a user will add them to the attention field
  6. Clicking anywhere out side of attention box and suggested user box will close window
  7. You are STILL able to add users not listed but typing @ and then their name
