Description

• The Plant Shipping List contains all materials sent to the site in the original package. It does not include Miscellaneous materials ordered outside of the package.

• List does include Att. B changes. (See below for more information)

• This report can be found on the Center for Manufacturing Excellence on the Materials page, under Materials Reports, labeled “Miscellaneous Lumber Report' (this name might change in the future)

• Report is visible for any job that has a scheduled DMS date

• Information comes from DMS and is real time

• Changes to parts and quantities should be reflected in report

• Report is not available once the Interior Trim (IT) has been delivered (below is what you will see once downloaded)

• Report is currently not available to Vendors

• Each Category has it’s own page (could be over 23 pages)

Web App

• Click on the Schedule Button in the navigation bar and select Summary

• Select your community

• Click on the Schedule Docs button next to the lot you want to retrieve

• You will be prompted to pick the location to save the file. The name of the PDF will pre-populate with the DCLU

• PDF will download and appear at the bottom of the page (this could differ depending on your setup)

• Open PDF

Color Coding

If the Set/Ver is highlighted then ASD has released a new Prodloader for the design since it was scheduled

Part No Highlighted YELLOW indicate that the material was added to the original package (Att. B )

Part No highlighted GREEN indicates that the original package quantities where changed +/-

Highlighting on far right indicates level or type of material
