Issues Report

(updated 9/19/18 to include new features)

The purpose of the job aid is to show a user how to use the Issue report page, this page changed in Feb 2018 to allow users to take action from the page.  Previously they could only see high level information.

Anyone with full access to SchedulePro can use this page, this include vendors. 

Best Practice is for PMs and Sr. PJMs to review all open issues with their teams once a week.  They are to provide guidance and oversight, and if necessary support the PJM by getting involved.


Issue Report Summary

Run Report

Every time you use the page you need to click this button, every users has issues to every division. (Skip to Run Report Steps)

Columns

Select which fields you wish to see, these are not saved and need to be deselected each time

Status

This filter allows you to pick which issues you wish to see based on the status of the issue

Group By

Gives the user the ability to batch issues based on the following, default is none.

  1. Division

  2. DCLU

  3. Task

  4. Vendor

    1. (test example shown)
  5. Category (Reason Code)

Export

Clicking export will download an excel file with the same information on the screen. Please note that the group by filter is not included in the file.

How to Run the Issue Report (Web Only)

  1. Click the Reports button in the navigation bar
  2. Select Issues Report
    1. Report button
  3. Click the Run Report button
  4. Update your search criteria
    1. Set your date range of what you want to find, 
      1. You can select between due date and create date (new as of 9/16/18)
    2. Select your division and communities (you will have access to all divisions for transparency purposes)
      1. If you want to see archived communities then select the Archived Communities box (Archive Community
    3. Select a vendor or vendors (Optional)
    4. Select a task (Optional)
    5. Select the status (default is Open) Added 9/16/18
    6. Only Show issues Corrected allows you to focus on issues that need NVR verification (Added 9/16/18)
    7. Click Execute
