Vendor Schedule Search

The purpose of the job aid is to show a user how to use the Vendor Schedule page, this page changed in Feb 2018 to allow users to search based on Updated Date.  Previously they could only search based on Scheduled Date

You should ALWAYS click Run Report when you come to this page, information might appear but it is not up to date.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click Run Report

  1. Select your Search criteria, either Schedule Date or Updated Date
    1. It defaults to Schedule Date

  1. Select your Start Date 
    1. Defaults to the current date

  1. Select your End Date
    1. Defaults to the current date

  1. Select your divisions and then communities
    1. If a division is not listed look at your profile to see if it can be added, How to UPDATE your Password, Division Access, Phone Number, Name.

  1. If you are a NVR user you can select a specific vendor
    1. To add a vendor you need to search and click on their name, then click Add to Search.  You will see them listed below, you can add as many vendors as you like.
    2. This is optional, if not selected it is all vendors

  1. Select a task
    1. To add a task you need to search and click on it, then click Add to Search.  You will see them listed below, you can add as many tasks as you like.
    2. This is optional, if not selected it is all tasks

  1. Click Execute
  2. The task that was added to the search will display in the schedule results
