Which Vendors have access?


All Vendors should have access to SchedulePro.  As long as they have a valid VendorID they can be given access.  If they don’t have access they can request it directly from the login screen of the application.  They do not, however, need to be assigned to any Tasks to access the SAR.  They can generate the SAR using the Reports menu in the application; both the web and mobile versions have this feature.

 Once they have access to SchedulePro, we control which SARs they can generate by setting their Division access in their profile.  If they are only setup for one Division they would only have that Division in their profile; by extension they would only be able to generate a SAR for Communities within that Division. 

 If they are not a valid NVR Vendor, they should not have access to generate the SAR on their own.  Instead it would be provided to them, if needed, by an employee with access.
