File Size will dictate download time, larger filers on slower connections could take over a minute to download.  Please be patient.

Overview

The purpose of Master Set Blueprints is to allow our users the ability to view and download an entire set of blueprints at once.  This might be necessary for the following reasons:

  • Permitting
  • Estimates
  • Inspections
  • PARs
  • Building Elevations
  • Etc

Master Set (Blueprints) Reports

  1. Click on the Reports Icon located in the Navigation bar
  2. Click on the Master Set Drawing Button
  3. Type the name, Product Line, Set Number or version in the search bar
    1. Serial # is a value used by ASD 
  4. Master Set Drawings function exactly the same as Lot Specific Blueprints

Lot Specific Master Sets (WEB)

Based on the Set/Ver of the lot, we are able to offer you both the Lot Specific blueprints (if applicable) as well as the Master Set

Add to Task (Can only be done from Sched Doc button)

  • Select the pages you want by checking the box to the left of the page name
  • Click the Add to Tasks button located in the upper right hand corner
  • Select the tasks you which to add the pages to (this can only be done on one lot)
    • Select task
    • Click Middle arrow pointing to right
    • Update the file name (optional)
    • Click OK 


Download

  • Select the pages you want by checking the box to the left of the page name
  • Click the Download button located in the upper right hand corner
  • Update the filename (optional) and the click Download

If download does not appear on the screen make sure you pop up blocker is turned off for SchedulePro.  If you do not know how click here.

Email

  • Select the pages you want by checking the box to the left of the page name
  • Click the Email button located in the upper right hand corner
  • Update the filename (optional) and the click Email
  • Your default browser will open and include your email address in the CC field.  The custom link generated can be sent to any user. Please only send to trusted parties who do business with NVR.

The link will expire in 30 days

Download (single page)

  • Located on every page is a download button, clicking on this button will download a single page from the blueprints


Shopping Cart

The shopping cart gives you two options for downloading the selected prints depending on what you are trying to accomplish. Going this method you do not have the ability to change the file name.

  • Select the pages you want by checking the box to the left of the page name
  • Click the Shopping Cart button located in the upper right hand corner, it should display the number of pages selected
  • Once open you can remove any pages you no longer need by clicking on the red X, from there you have two options.

Download All Individually 

Clicking on this downloads each page as its own PDF file.  This might be good if you are wanting to safe them for future use.

Download All Merged

Clicking on this downloads all selected pages into a single PDF file.  This function is exactly the same clicking the Download button in the tool bar except you can not remove the file.


Lot Specific Master Sets (iOS)

Schedule Detail (NVR Users only)

  • Select a lot


  • Click on the information button in the upper right hand corner, it is the symbol of an " i " inside a circle


  • Click the Master Set button (row)


  • Click Add Pages in the center of the screen


  • Functionality is exactly like Lot Specific Blueprints, if you are unfamiliar please watch our training video on it Link
  • Please note that each page has a Select All and Deselect All in the bottom tool bar


  • Click Done when all pages are selected


  • You will now see the shopping cart, click on the X of any row to remove it from your selection.  Click Download to preview the pages you selected
  • Once you have previewed the prints you have 3 options.  Please see below on how to assign to a Task, Email or Open In

Download time is based on file size and internet connection, expect 60+ second downloads for large files

Task Detail (All Users)

  • Select a task from the schedule or agenda view 
  • Click the Master Set button (row)
  • Click Add Pages in the center of the screen


  • Functionality is exactly like Lot Specific Blueprints, if you are unfamiliar please watch our training video on it Link
  • Please note that each page has a Select All and Deselect All in the bottom tool bar


  • Click Done when all pages are selected


  • You will now see the shopping cart, click on the X of any row to remove it from your selection.  Click Download to preview the pages you selected
  • Once you have previewed the prints you have 3 options.  Please see below on how to assign to a Task, Email or Open In

Assign to tasks

  • Select the tasks you wish to add the prints to and then click Assign
  • Depending on the size of the file and your connection it could take over 60 seconds to load, please be patient.


Email

  • Clicking Email will take you to a user page, you will have the ability to add any user who has access to SchedulePro and your division.  However this is not required, to skip this step click Email in the upper right hand corner.
  • Your next screen will be your native iOS email app, in the body of the email will be a link that will expire in 31 days.  Please only send this to trusted NVR partners.

Open In...

  • Selecting the Open In button will allow you to use some of the other apps on your phone. Anything that is PDF compatible should work however it is not guaranteed. 


Troubleshoot (Common Issues)
