New Communities are not visible (iOS)

SchedulePro mobile is designed to be as fast as possible.  To aid in that objective we have designed the system cache the community information the very first time the app is downloaded.  This helps since every time the app is opened, the communities are accessed.  When new communities are added to a division a user will have to follow the steps below to reload the community file with the new information.  This applies to the iPhone as well as iPad.  If you have questions please contact your /wiki/spaces/SS/pages/2253127685


  • Click More
  • Click Settings
  • Click Clear Cache
  • Check to make sure the version of the app you are using is correct
  • Logout
  • Login
