Description and Background:
- Simply Ryan and Lifestyle Product lines will follow the Square Footage criteria for House Type, similar to all other product lines.
- Additional DUC’s are available for 4+ Simply Ryan or Lifestyle starts in a week.
- NSO option DUC’s are no longer available for Simply Ryan and Lifestyle Products.
Overview of Program or changes to Program:
- Simply Ryan Products will fall under square footage criteria for House Type
- Starts effective 4/1/2018
- Eliminates “Type 0” concept
- NSO Option for Additional DUC’s no longer available in Simply Ryan and Lifestyle
- Multi-Start Week additional DUC’s
- When starting 4+ homes per week in a community, additional DUC’s can be added
- Only available with 4+ Start Week per community (SFD & Duplex)

- Unit 1 – No Option Required – DUC +0
- Unit 2 – Add 555XA92 Multi-Start Week Unit 2 – DUC +2
- Unit 3 – Add 555XA93 Multi-Start Week Unit 3 – DUC +4
- Unit 4 – Add 555XA94 Multi-Start Week Unit 4 – DUC +6
- Available Option Codes – Add via back-office change order prior to start
- 555XA92 Multi-Start Week Unit 2 – DUC +2
- 555XA93 Multi-Start Week Unit 3 – DUC +4
- 555XA94 Multi-Start Week Unit 4 – DUC +6
- 555XB05 Multi-Start Week Unit 5 – DUC +8
