How to Download a NVR Mobile app on an Apple Device (Vendors Only)

The purpose of this article is to outline the step by step instructions for an NVR Vendor, Subcontractor or Business Partner to download an NVR Mobile app on any Apple Mobile Device. Instructions are provided for SchedulePro, Work Orders, and Clipboard

 Instructions for the SchedulePro and Work Orders Mobile Apps

  1. Click the following link to access the NVR App Request Form: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=3_vzMTJgSE6cCjWsHNYjzzn3XmzvvStNoU_bU108PpdUMUlUOEk3Nkg1SVNGVkw3UTFPVklBVFFaMS4u

  2. Fill out all of the questions, be sure to select NO for question Number 2 “Are you an NVR Employee”

  3. Click SUBMIT at the bottom of the form - an email should be sent to the email address provided within 5 minutes

    1. If you do not receive an email please submit another request and double check the spelling of the email address you provide

Instructions for the Clipboard Mobile App (2m Quality Inspectors ONLY)

  1. Click the following link to access the NVR App Request Form specific to the Clipboard App: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=3_vzMTJgSE6cCjWsHNYjzzn3XmzvvStNoU_bU108PpdUNlhYVzVETFdPSjZNMkZXVjBMUlFTOFFVUS4u

  2. Fill out all of the questions, be sure to select NO for question Number 2 “Are you an NVR Employee”

  3. Chose what App you want a download code for -

    1. you can chose between SchedulePro, Work Orders, or can request a code for both apps with one form submission by choosing “All apps for Vendors / Subcontractors”

  4. Click SUBMIT at the bottom of the form - an email should be sent to the email address provided within 5 minutes

    1. If you do not receive an email please submit another request and double check the spelling of the email address you provide

  1. The new app does not appear on my home screen

    1. If the apps did not make an icon on one of your home screens automatically, you can keep swiping left until you get to the “App Library.” From there you can either search for the app(s) by name or check the “recently added” section in the top right hand corner.

      If the app isn’t there either please go to the App Store. From there click on the user icon in the top right hand corner and then go to the “Purchased” section. If the app is not listed there and available for download it means that the download was not successful and you’ll need to request an additional download code. The direct link to the form to request another code can be found below:

      If the link in the email is not working for you, you can also enter the redemption code manually in the app store. Click on the user icon and then tap on the section that says “Redeem a gift card or code” and you can enter the code from there to start the download.

  2. I cannot log in

    1. If you are unable to login, you might still be accessing the old version. To ensure you are on the new version, delete all SchedulePro, Work Order, and/or Precision apps on your device and proceed to download the new versions at Mobile App Download Request Form

    2. If you are still unable to login to the application, please try to reset your password (ON A COMPUTER BROWSER)

      1. Go to https://schedulepro.nvrinc.com/

      2. Click the “Forgot ID or Password?” link at the bottom of the page

      3. You’ll receive an email from noreply@nvrinc.com with temporary password

      4. Once you login, please follow these steps to set a new password:

      5. Once you update your password, you and then proceed to login on the App
