SAR Won't Open on iPad

Problem

You are trying to open a SAR from your iPad but no matter how many times you click on the Download button it won't open.

Solution

This is most likely because your pop up blocker is turn ON.  Go to settings and turn it OFF.  You might be asked that from the page itself but it not you will have to do it manually.
