Start Package Checklist (Update)

Questions have been added to the Start Package Checklist to better understand what is happening prior to start of construction. The following is expected when it comes to completing this checklist.

  • The checklist needs to be completed PRIOR to the start date.  Completing this checklist on or after the UCS Start Date will be considered late (see example below)
  • Answer the questions as a point in time snapshot. Do not wait until all answers are yes to complete the checklist.
  • NA should be used for any question that does not apply.

The updated checklist will appear with new schedules starting 3/5/2019.  Old checklists are fine and are to be used as normal. You do not need to PURGE or REFRESH schedules to get the new checklist.

Complete Checklist anytime prior to the start date. Completing it on the start date or after is considered too late.
